Quality Tutorials

Just like the other method accept easier and more effective. I added this because I fount that it looks better also (in my opinion). So here's a different method.

Like I said this is basically a different method for the Radial Blur effect tutorial but this looks a whole lot better. I recommend using this method rather to the other one...

Step 1
Alright open a new document, size it around 500x500 or higher. You can resize it afterwawrds. Now go to Filter-Render-Clouds. Then go to Filter-Blur-Radial Blur. Set it to 100, Zoom, and Best.
Step 2
Next go to Filter-Pixelate-Mezzotint and select Long Lines. Then you have something similar to whats on the left.
Step 3
Finally go to Filter-Blur-Radial Blur. Set it to 100, Zoom, and Best. Press Ctrl-U and set its color. Then your done, that concludes the Radial Blur 2 Tutorial.
