Polar
Coordinates & Wave Filter and you've executed a pretty nice bg design
for who knows what... Simple design, basic filters and really quick to
finish. Easy to maniuplate and skew so have fun with it.

Step
1
Open a new document, at least 400x400 pixels. Press the 'D' key to reset
your colors, then select your gradient tool with options set too Linear
gradient and draw a line from the top to the bottom of your document.

Step 2
Now go to Filter-Distort-Wave. Leave it at its default settings, just
change the Number of Generations too: 10 and change the Type too: Square.
Then go to Filter-Distort-Polar Coordinates and leave it at its default
settings. Now press Ctrl-I.

New press Ctrl-U too give it color. Doesn't matter, set it too what you
like (220 | 20 | 0). Next right click the layer and duplicate it, then
set its mode to color dodge. Now go to Filter-Distort-Twirl and leave
it at its default settings. Then your finished.
